MIGRAS, COME WRITE.
Our writing workshop is a space for migrant people and people with a refugee background who would like to try things out with words. For everyone who carries more than one culture within them, more than one language, or more than one place of origin.
Whether poem, text, memory, anger, quiet thoughts or loud stories: your voice is allowed to have a place here.
We listen to each other, laugh and cry, share food and languages, write against loneliness and for the visibility of migrant literature.
Whether you are just starting out or have been writing for a long time: you are welcome.
The workshop takes place in German, but you can write in any language that feels right to you. If you want, we translate together.
The workshop is led by Stuttgart author Nena Tramountani. From time to time we also invite guests who offer us new perspectives.
The meeting points vary and are always announced in advance on Instagram, here on our homepage and in our WhatsApp group.
